What we collect
- Account data — your email address and authentication details (or your Google account if you sign in with Google).
- Resume content — the resume file you upload and the text extracted from it, so we can match and tailor.
- Search preferences — target roles, skills, location, salary, work type and similar settings you enter.
- Usage data — credits spent, jobs matched, and resumes generated.
How we use it
Only to run the service you asked for: parsing your resume, pulling and scoring live jobs against your profile, generating tailored resumes, emailing your matches, and metering credits. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use trusted processors to deliver the product. Your data is shared with them only as needed to provide the service:
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
- Google (Gemini API) — resume parsing, scoring and tailoring.
- Apify — pulling live public job listings (we send your search terms, not your resume).
- Stripe — payment processing for credit purchases (we never see your full card details).
- Email provider — delivering your match emails.
Storage & security
Your data is stored in Supabase with row-level security, so each account can only access its own records. Resume files live in a private storage bucket scoped to your user ID. Access is over HTTPS.
Your choices
You can edit your profile and preferences at any time, and request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved jobs, and stored resumes.
